Pressure = Stress ???

What is the different between pressure and stress ???
According to the dictionary, pressure means distress or difficulty.
Stress means to put in difficulties.
Is it both of them have the same meaning???
My english tutor told us, english language is a very beautiful language, because it has "stress".
OH MY GOD~~~ English also got STRESS!!!
The stress of english is the assignation tone when we spoke, the stress is not a feel, it is just a noun...
Tutor encourage me to speak more, read more and write more....
Cause my english level is damn POOR!!!
Don't scared about doing mistake... Cause school is a place that give us to do mistake!

Everyday assignments,assignments and again assignments......
assignments is an uncountable noun and it is also an unlimited task....
Because ASSIGNMENTS is a challenge... a challenging mission that appear in our life.
For example, when we get lost in our school, it is also a assignment that we need to find the correct way to our destination. To find the correct way, it is also a challenging mission, cause we need to "communicate" with the map.....
The assignments that appear in our daily life it is just a piece of cake....
But the assignment that appears in my school life it is equal to I'm HEADACHE~

Assignment = headache = pressure or stress ???
Which word is proper to me ??? pressure??? stress???
